Ross Bays, President
Ross Bays is a former Marine involved in Special Operations, as an assaultman and Designated Marksman for the 2nd Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team, and later as a Machinegun Team Leader in the Infantry. Ross has trained over 4,000 international military personnel in numerous subjects; receiving compliments and awards from Senior Officials of several nations. He also trained and led a small infiltration team tasked with breaching Marine Perimeters in order to test their security.

Al Azznara, Lead Consultant
Mr. Azznara is a Retired Master Chief of the US Navy and spent the majority of his 27-year career involved in 'Quiet' International Operations.

Tactics Division

Omar Cosme, Subject Matter Expert, Instructor
Omar is a former Marine involved in Special Operations; mainly Counter/Antiterrorism. Stationed at 2nd Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team, Omar spent the majority of his time specializing in Static Guard and the Interior Guard.

Larry Henninger, Subject Matter Expert, Instructor
Larry was the Captain of the Virginia Beach Special Operations Dive Team. He also spent quite a bit of time with SWAT as a medic. Larry is presently teaching weapons and tactics, and is the SCUBA consultant for the Platinum Project.

Steve Dicketts, Subject Matter Expert, Instructor
Steve is a former Chief Warrant Officer (US Navy) and a Distinguished Marksman. He has been involved in Weapons Instruction for the Navy, and is a certified Bounty Hunter.

Projects Division

Bert Azznara, Producer
Bert began his career with ESI through The Canyon Project. He was one of the co-founders of Team DARC and is currently leading several aspects of production for the Platinum Project.

Seth Richards, Lead Consultant; Programming
Seth is the Director of Development for a firm based in central New Hampshire. He is currently the Lead Consultant for the Platinum Project and is on standby to join the programming section.

Annie Bays, Marketing Director
Annie has a powerful work ethic that has resulted in astonishing increase in the sales and efficiency of numerous companies.

Dan Bays, Director of Research,
Dan is the informant behind the new technologies that arise in our everyday training. He specializes in Internet-Based, as well as Virtual Training which can be useful to units ranging from military to private security.
